Infertility
What is infertility?
If a couple has sexual intercourse more
than 12 months without protection and still can’t have a baby we call it
infertility. If there was no prior pregnancy it is called primary infertility
and if there have been successful or nonsuccsesful pregnancy before for at
least once this is called secondary infertility.
Nowadays due to the stress, smoking and
changes in diets we see infertility in one of 6-7 couples and they need medical
help. Infertility can be either on the female or on the male at some cases on
the both partners.
What is needed on a couple for them to
have a baby ?
1-Regular ovulation on woman
2-Woman’s tubes need to catch the egg after
it got relaesed
3- Sexual intercourse after ovulation
4-Men’s sperm movements and sperm density
should be enough to impregnate an egg
5-After the intercourse sperm should go
further enough to impregnate an egg.
6-Sperms should move enough to reach an
egg.
7-Sperm and egg should be creating the
embryo inside the tube
8-Embryo entering uterus after few days.
9-Uterus should have enough and regulated
hormone levels to keep the embryo alive.
How the couple are being diagnosed for
infertility?
Before the treatment there are 3 factors
needed to be checked
-ovaries and ability of releasing
eggs:Usually the women with regular mensturation periods thinked able to
produce the eggs.
-Sperm count and shapes should be able to
impregnate the egg.
-No obstacles or blockage on the way of
impregnation and where embryo gonna stay

couples with fertility
-Premature ejaculation
-Problem on getting hard
-Disparony
-Vaginismus
-Decrease on sexual urge
-Orgasm problems
How stress can be harmful In our lives ?
-Stress can cause people to isolate
themselves from outside world
-People cannot enjoy life
-And opinions about failing being
Stress causes negative effects on the
infertility treatment so it is better to be supportive if your partner is under
infertility treatment. The success on this treatment significantly increases
with positive morale support. If you dont know how to get emotinoal support or
you lack it around yourself. You should apply for pschiatric support.
Does infertility medicine affect sexual
functions ?
The medicine used in the treatment significantly
effects hormones thus effecting emotions as well. Some of the medicine can have
side effects like bad feeling, sweatness, headaches and other kind of negative
emotional feelings.
Does the medicine cause cancer ?
For at least 30 years egg growing hormones
are being implemented in these treatmens and there is no evidence on them
causing cancer could be found.
